Syracuse, N.Y. - Anthony Saccone is stuck with his Guilty Plea.
An Onondaga County Court Judge denied Saccone's request to withdraw his guilty plea in a crash that killed three young people in February.
In July, Saccone accepted the deal and admitted his guilt. Saccone faces 10-to-30 years in prison at his sentencing a week from Friday.
He admitted to driving 80 miles per hour while drunk and high killing three current and former OCC Students.
Saccone claimed he was “coerced” into accepting the plea, citing he was on lockdown in jail after his now-dropped charges of reckless driving in July.
