Homeless Man Who Had Water Dumped On Him, May Press Charges

Syracuse, N.Y. - The homeless man who had water dumped on him at a Syracuse Dunkin Donuts has now gone to the police to talk about what happened.

Jeremy Dufresne said he was interested in pressing charges against the worker who poured water on him.

The video of the incident went viral and resulted in two employees being fired and outrage in the community and across the country.

The man says he may also speak with the Onondaga County's DA's office as well.

The Wolak Group, which owns the Dunkin' Donuts where the incident took place, fired the two workers late Monday.
