Ryan McMahon: I Want To Take Over As County Executive

Syracuse, N.Y. - Onondaga County Legislature Chairman Ryan McMahon says that he wants to be the next County Executive.

McMahon says that he will seek to take over once Mahoney steps down. Mahoney announced Monday that she will be resigning next month to take a job as the COO of SUNY ESF

It is up to the legislature to decide who will take over for Mahoney once she steps down. McMahon says that he is asking his fellow legislators to select him.
