Florence Remnants Expected To Soak Central New York

Syracuse, N.Y. - Most of Central New York will be dealing with the remnants of Hurricane Florence today. 

According to AccuWeather the rain could start falling as early as this afternoon. The National Weather Service says that some areas could see more than two inches between tonight and tomorrow morning.   Forecasters say that much precipitation could cause some minor flooding.

There are also concerns about potential power outages due to the wind.
