A former Chili's Employee has admitted to gunning down his former boss and co-worker could spend the rest of his life in prison.
William Wood Jr told DeWitt Police that he shot and killed Stephen Gudknecht and Kristopher Hicks outside of the Chili's in DeWitt during a robbery Saturday morning.
"The Almighty has some plans for them because by all rights we should be discussing four homicides," says Onondaga County DA Bill Fitzpatrick in a press conference. "The evidence at this point indicates that Mr. Wood intended to kill all four of the Chili's employees. Sadly he was successful in killing Stephen and Kristopher."
Wood was arrested in the City of Fulton less than a day after the tragic robbery.
