Darien, N.Y. - The woman accused of hitting and killing a man following a concert is indicted by a grand jury.
48-year-old Jennifer Serrano is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter after police say she hit 18-year-old Connor Lynskey last month.
Lynskey, who was from Hinckley, was walking back from a concert at Darien Lake when he was struck. Moments later, cops say that Serrano almost hit one of their patrol vehicles. That incident led to her being charged with D-W-I.
