The Oswego County sheriff''s office continues to investigate an attack that killed a man and critically injured another in West Monroe.
Deputies found Robert Diffin and another person with serious injuries inside Diffin's home on Breckheimer Road yesterday around 11:30 AM. Both were taken to the hospital , and Diffin died shortly afterward. The other person remains in critical condition. A third person at the scene is cooperating with the investigation. Investigators say the injuries weren't caused by a gun and there appears to be no danger to the public.
