Skaneateles Man Pleads Guilty In DWI Crash That Killed Auburn Man

Auburn, N.Y. - A Skaneateles man pleads guilty to drunk driving in a crash that kills an Auburn man. 

52-year-old Stephen Landon, pleaded guilty to First-degree vehicular manslaughter assault and aggravated DWI.  

Prosecutors say Landon had a BAC of .20% when his vehicle crashed into that of Travis Manwaring’s on Route 34 in the town of Fleming. Manwaring was killed in the crash.

Three passengers were also injured – and his brother, 26-year-old Matthew McIntosh, Manwaring’s fiancé, 27-year-old Jessica Bohall, and 17-year-old Zachary McIntosh were also injured.

Landon is expected to spend between four to 13 years in State prison when after he is sentenced in November.
