Rome, N.Y. - New York State Troopers have arrested an 18 yr old for sending explicit pictures to a minor.
Troopers arrested Dakota J. Kiley of Rome. He is accused of sending nude photos to a minor under the age of seventeen while attempting to engage the minor in sexual contact.
This happened during the end of July to beginning of August of 2018 within in the city of Rome to beginning of August.
He faces one felony count of disseminating indecent material to a minor.
