Erie, Penn. / Syracuse, N.Y. - A former priest who served as a teacher at Christian Brothers Academy in Syracuse is among those accused of committing sexual acts against minors in Pennsylvania.
Barry Hudock was a teacher at the private school until between 2008 and 2009. CBA Officials say he was fired when they first learned of the allegations.
Court Documents describe the former priest having an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 17-year-old high school girl, before he worked for CBA, in 1996. The grand jury indictment states he showed the victim pornographic videos, undressed her and sexually assaulted her.
Hudock was no longer a priest when he worked for CBA.
