Darien, N.Y. - The woman accused of hitting and killing an 18-year-old Oneida County man is facing a DWI charge.
Deputies say 48-year-old Jennifer Serrano of Irving struck Connor Lynskey early Saturday morning while he was walking back from a concert at the Darien Lake Amphitheater. A short time later, she was arrested for striking a Genesee County Sheriff's department vehicle, leading to the D-W-I arrest.
Serrano is facing several other charges including vehicular manslaughter and leaving the scene of an accident for her alleged role in Lynskey's death.
