Bail Denied For Man Accused In Waterloo Murder

Waterloo, N.Y. - The man accused of opening fire outside a home in Waterloo will remain in jail.

Emerson Tohafjian was denied bail in court after being accused of killing of Charlie Andrus and Lori McConnell while he was free on bail.

Troopers say Tohafjian dated McConnell for a period of time. He was arrested twice in June for committing domestic violence against her.

Tohafjian will be back in court next month.
