A mother is arrested Saturday after her 2-year-old accidentally fell from a second-story window at her residence in Seneca Falls.(NATE)
Police say Jackie Mitson's child was treated for a concussion at a Rochester hostpital and then later released in stable condition. Mitson was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and was released on an appearance ticket. She's back in court August 23rd.
