Oneida County Sheriffs have arrested Michael J. West, age 49, of Vienna, NY for Grand Larceny in the second degree (Class C Felony).
Between December 7, 2015 and April 3, 2018, West’s construction company which was known to be Exodus Group, was paid a total of $70,000 dollars for work that he was suppose to complete as part of a construction contract on property located on Rome-New London Rd. in the City of Rome, However no work was ever done.
Michael J. West was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office and held in Oneida County Correctional Facility pending an arraignment.
