Utica Police Execute Search Warrant On Parole, Find Guns And Drugs

Utica Police executed a search warrant on a parolee after their first visit found a loaded 9mm handgun. With warrant in hand they search the home of 30 year old Fredy Farley. Inside they found, a  9mm handgun with a 30 round magazine, another 9mm that was stolen, a 45 and 22 caliber handgun 2 AK style high capacity magazines along with a quantity of loose various caliber ammunition. crack cocaine, and heroin. 

He's facing the following charges: 

  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd – 1 count (F)
  • Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th – 3 counts (M)
  • Criminal Possession of a Firearm – 4 counts (F)
  • Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd – 4 counts (F)

More charges could be pending.

(1) Mac-11 style 9mm handgun with a 32 round magazine

(1) Glock 17, 9mm handgun (stolen)

(1) Glock 30, .45 caliber handgun

(1) Magnum Research, .22 caliber handgun

(3) holsters-drop leg, shoulder, and hip

(2) 7.62 (AK style) high capacity magazines

A quantity of loose ammunition of various calibers

A quantity of crack cocaine

A quantity of heroin
