Utica Police executed a search warrant on a parolee after their first visit found a loaded 9mm handgun. With warrant in hand they search the home of 30 year old Fredy Farley. Inside they found, a 9mm handgun with a 30 round magazine, another 9mm that was stolen, a 45 and 22 caliber handgun 2 AK style high capacity magazines along with a quantity of loose various caliber ammunition. crack cocaine, and heroin.
He's facing the following charges:
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd – 1 count (F)
- Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th – 3 counts (M)
- Criminal Possession of a Firearm – 4 counts (F)
- Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd – 4 counts (F)
More charges could be pending.
