Cazenovia, N.Y. - A third Cazenovia High School student is facing a felony charge in connection with a May incident.
The teen along with two others is accused of sending a Snapchat video of a half-naked student who is disabled using the bathroom.
The third student a 16-year-old male was arrested July 17 and charged. The teen is facing a felony charge of first-degree endangering an incompetent/physically disabled person.
Two other students were charged in June, a 16-year-old who was arraigned on charges of first-degree dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent/physically disabled person, both felonies.
There also was a 17 year old was arraigned on three felony charges: first-degree endangering the welfare of an incompetent/physically disabled person, first-degree unlawful dissemination of an unlawful surveillance image and second-degree unlawful surveillance.
The students allegedly recorded the video and sent it to about 36 others.
The incident took place in a bathroom in the High School.
