New York - Governor Cuomo will finish up his latest trip to Puerto Rico today.
It's his fifth trip to support recovery efforts there since Hurricane Maria slammed into the island last year. The governor is leading a delegation of New York political and labor leaders, plus educators and students and is calling the federal government's response to the crisis in Puerto Rico a national disgrace.
Harvard researchers say the storm and its aftermath led to the deaths of more than 4,500 people.
