Man Who Murdered Two In Waterloo Gets Arraignment Postponed Til Next Month

The man responsible  for murdering 2 people in Waterloo was scheduled to be arraigned today but it didn't happen. 

48 year old John Tohafjian was indicted earlier this morning on 19 counts,  including 4 counts of murder, variety of assault counts, witness tampering, criminal use of a firearm, intimidation, as well as many others. All counts are felonies. He was to be arraigned this afternoon but that has been postponed until next month to allow him to seek legal counsel. The indictment alleges that Tohafjian unlawfully entered dwelling, violating three orders of protection, caused the death of two and injured a third individual with a deadly weapon.
