Auburn, N.Y.- An Auburn man has been arrested after subjecting a child younger than 11 to have sexual contact with him on several occasions. 71 year old John E Stevens of Fitch Ave in Auburn was arrested and charged with:
- 1 Count of Course of sexual conduct against a child in the second degree, D Felony
- 1 count of Endangering the welfare of a child, Class A Misdemeanor.
Stevens was arrested following an investigation without incident, arraigned and sent to the Cayuga County Jail.
