July 12 Solvay Police Department arrested 49 year old Daniel Ubbink for Criminal Contempt in the First Degree and Stalking in the Second Degree.
Police were able to find Ubbink due to the fact that they have had previous encounters with him dating back to 2008.
Ubbink who is homeless was was arrested in 2008 on charges of Criminal Contempt and Stalking and after serving time in jail was released. He was again arrested for the same charges in 2009 and served time in State Prison. He is again in jail, being held without bail.
