New York State Police have identified the second victim in last week's deadly shooting in Waterloo. 45 year old Charlie Andrus, of Seneca Falls.
Andrus and 53-year-old Lori McConnell were shot and killed last Tuesday by 48 year old Emerson Tohafjian, of Waterloo.
50 year old Karen Zdunko, also of Waterloo, was also shot and treated at Strong Memorial Hospital for her injuries and released.
Tohafjian is charged with two counts of murder and additional charges are possible
