The jury will continue deliberations today in the corruption re-trial of former New York State Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos and his son. The jury got handed the case Friday and asked for a note requesting hundreds of pages of documents including testimony from when Dean Skelos took the stand and a wiretap conversation. Skelos and son Adam are accused of bribery and extortion for allegedly pressuring companies into giving Adam bogus jobs in exchange for political favors from Dean. Both were previously convicted but the verdict was tossed after a change in the legal definition of political corruption.
