Senator Chuck Schumer is again voicing his opposition to the Supreme Court nomination of Brett Kavanaugh. Schumer told reporters at the Capitol yesterday President Trump's pick will hurt the future of the Affordable Care Act. A recent study showed more than three million New Yorkers have pre-existing conditions and they may have to pay more for treatment if parts of that legislation are removed. If Kavanaugh is confirmed, he'll take over for retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy.
