A man in Auburn has won $1,000,000 prize in the $1,000,000 Mayhem scratch off game. The Cayuga County resident will receive his prize check tomorrow at 11am at the Express Mart on Whitebridge Road in Auburn.
Yolanda Vega will be there to present the jackpot prize check.
