Syracuse, N.Y. - White House Adviser Ivanka Trump praised a program that gets kids ready for engineering and manufacturing jobs.
Trump made the remarks while visiting P-Tech in the Syracuse City School District. The president's daughter also made a stop to visit a business in Cortland County Monday. Trump said the GOP's tax plan is having a positive impact on communities nationwide.
The CEO of Suit-Kote told her the legislation allowed the company to give its employees a five-percent raise.
