Oswego, N.Y. - A pair of Newark men are accused of ganging up and beating a man in Oswego Friday Night.
Oswego Police say Trey Stephens and Akron Rodriguez left a 35-year-old man bloodied, battered, and bruised after a vicious attack. The man needed to be taken to the hospital where he was found to have a facial fracture.
Officers say Stephens and Rodriguez were a part of a group of four men. They are both charged with felony gang assault.
Bail was set for Stephens at $1,000 and for Rodriguez at $2,500. Rodriguez also had an outstanding warrant from an assault last year in the City of Oswego. Both will with a return to Oswego City Court Wednesday afternoon.
