Justin Bieber is reportedly engaged."TMZ" says the 24-year-old pop singer proposed to 21-year-old model Hailey Baldwin in the Bahamas over the weekend. The two briefly dated in 2016, and rekindled things last month. Bieber previously dated singer Selena Gomez on and off for around six years. Baldwin is the granddaughter of Central New York's Carol Baldwin who lives in Camillus.
