The New York Lottery says a Syracuse man recently became $3 million richer.
The man, who has not yet been identified, will be presented with a prize check at MAA Petroleum on Court Street Wednesday.
The New York Lottery says that's where the lucky man bought the winning ticket, which he chose because the colors caught his attention.
