It's days like today that a nice cold beer would really hit the spot. CNY is under a heat advisory warning by Governor Cuomo, and for good reason. Today you can expect to hit temperatures around 90 degrees and that coupled with high humidity can feel awful. Luckily for us, Syracuse.com's Charlie Miller went on a hunt to find the actual coldest beer in CNY! Apparently the ideal temperature for standard beer is around 37 degrees. Here is what Charlie found after going to the actual bars and measuring the temperatures with his own calibrated thermometer.

Kitty Hoynes won coldest bottled beer in CNY. Located at 301 West Fayette Street, Miller measured their Bottled Miller Lite to come in 33.4 degrees!

Coming in second place was Wild Will's at 139 East Water Street. Wild Will's had the victory for coldest can of beer. The Pabst Blue Ribbon beer was served at 31.1 degrees by Millers measurements!
