Days away from going head to head at the polls, Democrats Dana Balter and Juanita Williams lay out their vision for Central New York. The two had their first public debate Sunday night. Both are looking to replace Republican Congressman John Katko this fall. Both women told voters they have the qualifications and experience to beat him in November. The 24th district primary is next Tuesday.
