A seven-year-old Amish boy is recovering at Upstate Medical Center. State Police say Levi Miller was riding in a buggy when it was hit by a pickup truck in Lisbon last week. Miller suffered head injuries and is in serious condition. Officials believe the truck driver didn't see the buggy before hitting it, but the investigation continues.
