Around 1pm yesterday a body was discovered in the Jamesville Reservoir.
It has been identified as 75 year old Ann Chase of Jamesville was found by a county parks employee. Park employees and members of the Jamesville Fire Department were able to bring Chase to shore where she was pronounced dead.
Her overturned kayak was also found. She was not wearing a personal flotation device.
Sheriff's Deputies are still investigating, but its believed to be an accidental drowning.
