Syracuse Police dealing with another shooting, this time in the 100 block of Grace Street. Officers found an 18-year-old male suffering from a gunshot would to his abdomen area early Thursday. The victim was transported to Upstate where he is listed in serious, but stable condition. The victim stated that he was involved in a verbal dispute with 3 black males, tow wearing black hoodies, and one was in a light blue jacket and jeans.
