A Syracuse-based paving company is facing serious accusations. Officials say chemicals from Ruston Paving Company may have tainted a water supply near the new Parade of Homes development in Jamesville. Some folks have complained of a chemical smell in the area. The paving company, which hasn't commented, is facing charges and is due in court Thursday.
