Some Charges Dropped In Buffalo Billion Corruption Case

New York - Bribery charges have been dropped in the Buffalo Billion corruption case.

This week it was revealed that federal prosecutors decided not to pursue bribery charges against two Bufallo based developers. They are among eight people, including Syracuse based COR Development executives Steven Aiello and Joseph Girardi, charged in a major bid rigging, pay to play scheme.

Prosecutors didn't say why the bribery charges were dropped. They did say that the key witness in the Inner Harbor Corruption Trial, Todd Howe, who facilitated all the alleged bribes will not take the stand.
