Camillus, N.Y. - A state Supreme Court justice is ordering a 30-year-old Camillus man to move out of his parents' home.
Michael Rotondo's parents had given him numerous notices to leave their house, even offering him money for a place and advice on how to get a job.
They were told they needed a Supreme Court justice to evict a family member and yesterday one ordered Rotondo out. He called the ruling outrageous and said he was going to file an appeal.
