Buffalo, N.Y. - The Bills are retiring the number of one of their all-time greatest running backs.
Thurman Thomas' No. 34 will be retired this season. The retirement ceremony for the Buffalo Bills' all-time leading rusher will take place on Oct. 29 when the Bills play the Patriots on Monday Night Football.
Thonmas will join former teammates Jim Kelly and Bruce Smith as Buffalo Bills to receive the honor of having their number retired.
