New York State Police responded to a call of a car crash on Elms Road in Sandy Creek last night.
After an investigation Troopers found 58 year old Thomas Christopher of Sandy Creek. Christopher was arrested for DWI (BAC .17%) and Leaving the Scene of a property damage accident.
Christopher was an Assistant District Attorney for Oswego County. He has since resigned from his position.
Mr. Christopher was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Sandy Creek Court on May 17, 2018 at 7:00 pm.
