The alert comes from Schulyer County where they say, 15-day-old Gionna Harter was taken by her mother to avoid service of a Family Court Order that transfers custody to another party.
The child is a black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 18 inches long and weighs 9 pounds.
The suspect, her mother 31 year old Katrina Harter, has curly black hair and brown eyes. She is approximately 5'3" and weighs 330 pounds.
This child was taken under circumstances that lead police to believe that she is in imminent danger of serious physical injury and/or death.
Harter was last seen in Geneva. She is believed to have ties to Wayne County.
The AMBER Alert has been issued multiple counties in Central and Northern New York.
