New York State Police have arrested Kody L. Barr, age 21, from Mexico, NY in reagrds to vandalism at a cemetery in Mexico.
Barr was charged with the following:
- Criminal Mischief 2nd degree (D-felony)
- Cemetery Desecration 1st degree (E-felony)
- Petit Larceny (A-misdemeanor)
- Unlawful Dealing with a Child (give alcohol to a person under 21) (A-misdemeanor)
Barr was arraigned in the town of Mexico Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility on $20,000 cash/$40,000 bond.
He is scheduled to appear back in the town of Mexico Court on May 8, 2018.
A 16 year-old male was also charged with Cemetery Desecration 1st degree (E-felony). Due to his juvenile offender status, his name will not be released.
