Oswego City DPW Workers Arrested For Possession

Two Oswego City Department of Public Works employees are accused of posssesing drugs while on the job.

30 year old Eric Christman and 26 year old Joshua Smith  were arrested for drug possession after an Oswego police officer allegedly saw the pair behaving suspiciously at a McDonalds. The officer allegedly found the DPW workers in possession of controlled substances.Police said the pair was working at the time. Christman also faces a charge of criminal possession of a hypodermic needle. 

Both employees have been fired, according to a statement released by Oswego's Mayor Billy Barlow.
