Last Victim Of Fitch Street Fire Dies

Syracuse, N.Y. - All four victims pulled from a fire Thursday morning on Fitch Street have died.

20-year-old Charles DuBois is accused of setting the fire that killed his 1-year-old nephew, Hunter,  his mother Susan Wagner, along with his brother and sister Michael and Korrina DuBois.

Two firefighters were hurt during the rescue. 

DuBois had been charged with arson for starting the fire and second-degree murder for his nephew's death.  With the passing of his mother, brother, and sister, more charges are expected.Fire officials say there were no working smoke detectors at the house.
