Domestic Abuse Call Results In Meth Bust

New York State police responded to reports of domestic abuse last Thursday on Old State Road, in Carthage. 

When they arrived no one would respond to their knocks. Troopers made a forced entry to check on the welfare of the woman who made the call. Once inside they located the woman, 32 year old Lindsey Babcock and her boyfriend 37 year old Shane Jackson. Troopers also found numerous items associated with meth manufacturing. A search warrant was executed,  Babcock and Jackson were charged with Unlawful Manufacture of Methamphetamine and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance.  They were arraignned and sent to jail without bail.
