State Police arrested Amy Stoutenger, age 48 and Ralph A. Stoutenger III, age 49 from Fulton, NY for Insurance Fraud, Offer to File False Instrument, Fraudulent Insurance Practices and Offering a False Statement.
The arrests are the result of an NYS Insurance Fund investigation into Shameless Trucking, LLC and Shameless Towing and Recovery, LLC from 2014 to 2017.
Ralph and Amy Stoutenger, owners of the company, are accused of not paying approximately $319,013 in Worker Compensation Insurance. The evidence consists of audits conducted by the NYS Insurance Fund, banking records, and multiple employees who were paid in cash or by check during the investigation period.
Mr. and Mrs. Stoutenger were arraigned in the city of Fulton Court and released on their own recognizance. They are scheduled to appear in city of Fulton Court on May 24, 2018 at 9:00 A.M.
