Syracuse police have identified the man found Monday on the Onondaga Creekwalk near Destiny USA. Police say an autopsy still underway by the Onondaga County Medical Examiner has identified the body as John C. Frazier, who was reported missing November 18th and last seen in the vicinity of Destiny USA. While the medical examiner has not yet determined a cause or manner of death, police now believe Frazier died accidentally, and likely due to drowning.\
Police are interested in hearing from anyone who may have seen Frazier at the time of his disappearance, particularly anyone who saw him later than November 18th. Those with information should call police at 315-442-5222. Anonymous tips can also be left on the department's "SPD Tips" smartphone app.
