Syracuse Man Leaves Disabled Person In Van While He Drinks

A Parish man has been arrested in Oswego County after leaving a man who was physically disabled, unattended in a transport van, as he entered a business to have a  drink.

Oswego County Sheriffs say 33 year old Brad McAslun entered a store took an alcoholic beverage out of cooler went to the men's room drank it then went back out to the service van he was driving and drove away. 

McAslun had left the man he was transporting alone in the van secured in place with no way to exit the vehicle in case of emergency. 

McAslun was arrested on 3 counts of petit larceny and endangering the welfare of a Incompetent or Physically Disable Person.
