Percoco/COR Development Corruption Trial Jury Deadlocked

New York City - Jurors remain dead locked in the corruption of Gov. Cuomo's most trusted Confidante and a pair of Fayeteville based developers.

“After considering the facts and the evidence with open minds, and using your instructions as a road map, we remain unable to reach a unanimous verdict," jurors wrote to the Federal judge in the corruption trial of Top Cuomo Aide Joseph Percoco and COR Development Executives Stephen Aiello and Joseph Girardi.

The jury has been deliberating, helplessly, for more than a week. This is the second time the jury has indicated it has been unable to reach a verdict in the complex case.

Perccoco is accused of accepting $35,000 in bribes to help COR Development skirt using labor union at their Inner Harbor Hotel.
