Utica police accuse an Oneida County woman of manslaughter in a two-car crash February 26th.
Jennifer Pritchard of Blossvale turned herself in to face charges. Police say that Pritchard's vehicle crossed the double line and drove into the oncoming lane, where she hit 87-year-old Janet Moskal. She died of her injuries two days later. Pritchard was found to be under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. She's been charged with second-degree manslaughter, DWI, and failure to keep right.
