Percoco Corruption Trial Jury At a Standstill

The jury in the trial of a former top aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo, Joseph Percoco, has informed the Judge that they are deadlocked. 

They delievered their notice to the judge this morning. The judge instructed the jurors to keep trying.  

Several jurors are also trying to be relieved from duty.The Judge has not addressed that issue yet. 

The trial is in its sixth week.Prosecutors say Percoco accepted over $300,000 in bribes from Syracuse Developers who needed help from the state.
