Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse man is accused of using Snapchat to meet up with a twelve-year-old for sexual acts.
Federal prosecutors say 25-year-old Derek Indivero offered the middle school girl $200 for nude pictures through the app. Court records accuse him of also trying to pay for sex acts with another preteen girl on Snapchat.
Indivero's being held without bail and is due back in court Tuesday.
